Welcome to Will It Click?. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
1. Acceptance, Eligibility, and Accounts
You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to use the service in your location. You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your credentials, and all activity performed through your account. You must notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.
2. Service Description and YouTube Relationship
Will It Click? is an AI-assisted research service for studying public YouTube titles and thumbnails, generating improvement ideas, and maintaining a private inspiration library. Will It Click? is not a YouTube service, a video downloader, a source of real CTR measurements, or legal or copyright advice. Will It Click? is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube or Google. YouTube and related marks belong to their respective owners.
3. Public YouTube Content and User Content
You may submit links to publicly accessible YouTube videos for lawful research. Accessing or analyzing public material does not transfer copyright, trademark rights, or permission to reproduce or republish it. You retain your rights in notes, tags, and other content you create in Will It Click?. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store and process that content to provide, secure, and maintain the service, and you must have the right to submit it.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use Will It Click? to:
- infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, or other legal rights;
- copy, impersonate, or republish another creator's work without authorization;
- bypass quotas, payment controls, authentication, or access restrictions;
- access or attempt to discover another user's private data;
- submit malicious URLs or payloads, attack, scan, or interfere with the service;
- use automated requests to abuse the service or build a bulk public thumbnail database; or
- use Will It Click? to create fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful content.
5. AI-Generated Results
AI-generated scores, observations, and suggestions may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your situation. They are research aids, not YouTube performance data or guarantees. You are responsible for reviewing factual accuracy, avoiding misleading claims, and checking copyright, trademark, and platform-policy risks before publishing. Will It Click? does not guarantee improvements in CTR, views, revenue, channel growth, recommendations, or search ranking.
6. Free and Paid Plans, Quotas, and Library Limits
Plan limits and prices are shown on the Pricing page. Free usage is subject to reasonable anti-abuse limits. Free analysis quotas reset by calendar month; Creator quotas reset using the active Stripe billing period. Unused analyses do not roll over. An analysis credit is recorded only after AI processing succeeds, the result passes validation, and the completed result is saved. Failed analyses do not deduct a credit. If you downgrade and exceed the Free library limit, existing saved items remain accessible, but new saves pause until you reduce usage or upgrade.
7. Billing, Renewal, Cancellation, and Refunds
Creator is an automatically renewing subscription processed by Stripe. Creator access begins only after Stripe confirms an active subscription. You can manage or cancel billing through the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Unless required by applicable law or explicitly approved by us, a started billing period is not eligible for a prorated refund.
8. Founder Pricing
Founder pricing is limited to the first 20 qualifying active subscribers and remains available only while the eligible subscription continues. Canceling or ending that subscription may permanently remove Founder eligibility. Payment failures and recovery are determined by the subscription state reported by Stripe and the billing options available at that time; we do not guarantee that an ended Founder subscription can be restored.
9. Service Availability and Changes
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, access to every public YouTube video, every thumbnail size, successful completion of every AI request, or continuous availability of third-party providers. We may maintain, modify, suspend, or discontinue features. When practical, we will provide notice of material changes that affect paid service.
10. Suspension, Termination, and Account Deletion
We may restrict or suspend access for serious violations, fraud, payment abuse, attacks, attempts to evade limits, risks to other users, or legal requirements. You must cancel or resolve an active or pending Creator subscription before deleting your Will It Click? account. Account deletion removes access to private resources and is handled according to the Privacy Policy, while records required for billing, security, dispute resolution, or legal compliance may be retained.
11. Intellectual Property
Will It Click?'s software, interface, branding, and original service materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not give you ownership of Will It Click? or third-party YouTube content. Feedback you voluntarily provide may be used to improve the service without identifying you publicly.
12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Will It Click? is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties and are not responsible for decisions made solely from AI output or for unauthorized use of third-party content. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Will It Click? will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
13. Changes, Governing Terms, and Contact
We may update these Terms by changing the version and effective date and, when appropriate, notifying existing users or requesting renewed acceptance. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
